  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
    All orders placed on the QRATE E-SHOP are delivered Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm by Royal Mail. Stock permitting, all orders placed with the QRATE E-SHOP are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Once an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent out with the dispatch details and details of the delivery process. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods. Please note that a signature will be required for the receipt of all orders. Please note that European Express shipping is not available on orders containing liquids e.g. perfume. In the situation whereby perfume has been purchased as part of an order over £150, goods will instead be shipped free of charge using our European Standard service. This is due to shipping regulations covering the transportation of flammable goods. Please note that QRate E-SHOP has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.
  • Shipping to Multiple Addresses
    QRate E-SHOP will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to Royal Mail delivery availability. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Additionally, due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

    Why is QRate pricing special? At QRate, you are shopping items from our exclusive brands and partners around the globe, expertly curated for you by the QRate team. Prices are determined by each QRate partner, therefore the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where you order an item from. Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we will always offer you the best price available to your destination at the time of purchase. Which currencies can I shop in? The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in GBP for a competitive exchange rate. When will my card be charged? If you pay by debit card or PayPal, QRate will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.   • Sales Tax
    All prices on the QRate E-SHOP are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 20%. This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemised for you as you pass through the checkout in the QRate E-SHOP. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EC then the total price will include VAT at the current rate. Please note that QRate E-SHOP has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.
  • Your Order
    Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the your cart and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account. Once your order has been confirmed, it is still possible to cancel your order until your item has been processed for dispatch. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Your confirmation email that you will receive contains a link to your order status that will be updated automatically as your order is processed and despatched to you. If you click on this link you will be taken to your order status page at the QRate E-SHOP. You will need to login with your email address and password so that you are able to see this. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. If you want to cancel your order please contact the QRATE E-SHOP by filling out the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page and providing your order details.
  • Cancelling Your Order
    Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel at any point as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch.
  • Refunds & Returns
    If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product. We permit this within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, if the product qualifies for an exchange is left to our discretion. We do not cover returns postage for returns shipments. You’ll know if the new item has the same product code as your original item, because the size or colour will be available in the drop down menu on the product page for the original item you ordered. If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, then you'll need to place a new order. QRate or the carrier cannot be held responsible in the event of the inability to deliver due to an inaccurate delivery address (please note that the use of post office boxes is prohibited). The delivery will be made according to the following methods: For deliveries in the United Kingdom, shipments will be made via Royal Mail. The package will be delivered to the recipient’s shipping address and will require a recipient signature upon delivery. If the package does not fit in the recipient’s mailbox, a delivery note will be left in the mailbox indicating the address of the post office where the Customer can collect the package. The Customer will have a period of 20 consecutive days to recover the package. After this period, the package may be destroyed by the local post office.
