The address indicated by the Customer cannot be modified once the order has been validated. QRate or the carrier cannot be held responsible in the event of the inability to deliver due to an inaccurate delivery address (please note that the use of post office boxes is prohibited).

 

The delivery will be made according to the following methods:

 

• For deliveries in the United Kingdom, shipments will be made via Royal Mail.

 

The package will be delivered to the recipient’s shipping address and will require a recipient signature upon delivery. If the package does not fit in the recipient’s mailbox, a delivery note will be left in the mailbox indicating the address of the post office where the Customer can collect the package. The Customer will have a period of 20 consecutive days to recover the package. After this period, the package may be destroyed by the local post office.

 

• For international deliveries, shipments will be made via Royal Mail.

Shipments are delivered to the Customer’s address provided through QRate. Royal Mail may inform the Customer of an upcoming or missed delivery. The Customer may be offered an alternative delivery option, such as delivery on a different date, delivery without signature, re-routing of the shipment or delivery to a Royal Mail Relay Point. QRate may exclude certain alternative delivery options.

 

The Customer can track the progress of the delivery on the Royal Mail website by using the tracking number that will be sent by email.

 

In the event of a delay in delivery which is more than seven working days after the delivery date indicated at the time of the order, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sales contract and receive a full refund. This request can be made by email to the following address: info@shopqrate.com.

 

Delivery costs are fixed and determined as follows:

• Delivery in United Kingdom: 5.95 GBP

• Delivery in Germany / UK / Nederland : 9.95 GBP

• Delivery to the rest of Europe: 10 GBP

• Delivery to Japan: 25 GBP

• Delivery to Hong Kong, China or Macau: 25 GBP

• Delivery to Australia: 25 GBP

• Delivery to Taiwan / Singapore / Korea: 25 GBP

• Delivery to the rest of the world: 25 GBP

 

Credit & Contact Information

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
