Our website is fully operational, and we continue to deliver to over 160 countries. We will also continue to connect with our customers through our social channels.

  • Will my order arrive on time?

We aim to deliver all orders on time, and there are currently no issues with our delivery providers.

How can I return an item and are you extending your returns policy?

Online returns are operating as normal, with an extended returns period of 28 days. To process your return, please click here.

  • When can I expect my refund?

We will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order within 14 days of us receiving your order, or receiving proof from you that your order was returned to us, provided your product(s) are in a saleable condition. For more details, see our Returns Policy.

  • Are there some items that you may be unable to deliver to me?

Some items may be unavailable at this time, however, we will continue to offer most of your favourite brands and products through our website. Please keep an eye out on our new-in edits for all the latest products.

  • How will coronavirus affect my delivery timeframes?

Depending on where you live, you may experience a slight delay in us delivering your order to you. You can track your order using the link provided within your dispatch confirmation email or, alternatively, by selecting 'My Orders' within your account and clicking the 'Track my order' button.
